Course lasting 90/120 minutes
 - Active participation in the spinning and cutting process, guided by the cheesemaker. Visitors enter the workshop, the heart of the production process, accompanied by our master cheesemaker. They, along with the other participants, will get their hands dirty and experience firsthand the magic of spinning and cutting.
 - Each participant makes their own mozzarella braid.
 - Supply of clothing covers and hygiene protections.
 - Final tasting of the freshly made product!
